As All Die definitely have something going on this album. It's creepy, dark, and at times very unnerving. They are a darkwave blend of eerie sounds, blended into a postwar look at the atrocities man can create. I am not really versed or experienced in the ways of darkwave music, but I like what is happening on this album. It's one of those discs I would keep in the collection for those late hours where the insomnia keeps me awake so I can blend into the darkness of the night and get philosophical. The way the synthesizer notes hang in the air just hooks the listener and begs for his attention to continue. At times sporadic instruments are mixed in to the atmosphere, but they all serve as additions. It's almost as if the keyboards create the atmosphere and the other instruments represent different aspects of a battlefield. Quite an impressive album.
